Does anyone have a schematic or any information pertaining to a 2007 Raptor 700 cooling system.  The cooling fan isn't coming on.  I have checked the fuses, flushed the cooling system and tested the fan.  I heard there is a fan relay switch but I need to know where it is located.  Any ideas or info would be appreciated.

fan switch is either on the radiator or the cylinder head.

First, are you sure nothing is obstructing the fan(fishing line, wire, twig or other debris)? Be absolutely sure the fuse is good by replacing it anyway. Second, Yamaha's microfiche sucks because although it shows a thermosensor on the electrical microfiche, it doesn't show you where it is on the ATV. You'll have to find it(it's either on the radiator or cylinder head), disconnect the electrical connector from thermosensor and stick a piece of wire across the connector to jump it. If the fan spins, the thermosensor needs to be replaced. If it doesn't spin, the fan is bad.

i would replace the thermostat n check to make the radiator is clean inside n out,the water impeller is working right n not broken as for the fan relay i would buy a shop manual, & if u cant get the fan to work, do as (kawasakimojaverider) said put a switch  from the battery to the fan.ive dont it many times to street bikes n is super reliable .

Look at the date.... this question was posted 4 years ago.... I did all the things you suggested but it turned out to be a simple relay switch....
