I just put a used carb on my 1996 Yamaha Warrior. It will only idle when the idle screw is all the way. Also it sputters and blows a little black smoke until I have it about half throttle.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Also, I have a rebuild kit for it.  If there is anyone near Eglin AFB that would rebuild it for cheap, PM me.

If you were near West Palm Beach I would do it.

Thanks for the offer, but I bought the book and went ahead and did it myself.  She runs like a champ now.
