Political puppies

There is a boy with a box of puppies in front of a store trying to get rid of them. An older lady stops to look at them and ask the boy what kind of puppies they are? The boy replies they're Democrat puppies! the woman says they sure are cute and goes on her way. Couple weeks later the woman comes back to the same store and sees the Boy still there. So she stops to look at the puppies again and ask the boy what kind of puppies did you say they were? The boy replies they're Republican puppies! the woman thinks for a second then says i thought you said they were Democrat puppies before? The boy says yes i did, That's was before they had their eyes opened.
