I, for one out of many, don't want to see Oblahma turn this country into a socialist state with the help of the current congress. If it happens that the Dems end up with a majority and the White House, they will do their level best to turn this country into a communist state. You really need to research Oblahma and his Marxist ideas. This country is great because of individualism, not because we take from those with ability and give to those that need (although we are doing that with the "Great Society" started by Johnson). Sounds like he wants a nanny government telling what he can and cannot do and to take care of his needs and dementia.
If you are so good at reasoning and reading, read both The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and tell us where you find in either of them where it is government's job to provide for you. The Dems have done a fantastic job of promoting wealth envy to the point that they use the tax code to control behavior.
Sad that people don't know or don't want to know how and why this country was founded. It is the belief that a government big enough to provide for you can also take from you.
Hopefully a new revolution will happen and we get back to the founding principles.

Government does not solve problems; it subsidizes them.
