I am sure that the rules and policies put in place will reflect the quality of the facility. Seminole is top of the line, high quality for your money,NO DOUBT!!! It would be great to help if we could and we should as riders. This place deserves our thanks and gratitude!!! They have always been one of the best if not the best tracks in florida!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope its actual trails to ride around in and not sit around a mud hole and watch people drink and get stupid, that is not real trail riding to me, we already have plenty of places like this. I personally think that this is what the public fears becasue that is all we have right now and people don't want it near there neighborhoods or areas, lots of trucks very loud, drinking and craziness(not that I don't enjoy this but) no wonder there is no one that wants to help us get riding areas, hopefully this will be a little bit of a change from your typical mudhole/c & r area not bashing c&r and places like it but that's not riding, if you have been to Tenn. or West Virginia that is what I could only dream of in FL. Hopefully it happens either way!

Well C&R is closed.
I can assure you there will be 0 drinking. They won't tolerate it.
And there will most likely be a rule that involves helmets and registered bikes. They need to keep scum out, and with a few simple rules, they can. I can't immagine trucks being allowed.

No way when did it close?? what happened?? I am glad there wont be any drinking aloud that is a good thing keeps it safer and for those that do have families might actually be able to enjoy there time there with them. I definitely agree need to keep the scum out!! there is so many goood people in our sport but I have seen so many bad, It has changed so much since I started riding 15 years ago! everything is gone and no were at all to ride in my area becasue of dirt bags, vacant land that will never be touched by developers but never again by riders either, it would be nice to have a nicer more respectfull enviroment to ride in.

The only thing I can see about a downside will be the lack of shade out there. Its mostly sugar cane fields. But it is awesome news and if I am ever down that way again, I will ride it.

SFWMD shut them down because of a miscompliance with the land owner. Turned out to basically be the landowners fault. They did not comply with the laws of operation on wetlands.
It sucks...I liked that place but it was goign downhill for a while.
I hope L-Cross isn't next, IIRC they aren't on wetlands
