Lot of water out there , looks like everyone had a blast .
That swimming hole is pretty cool too, especially on a hot day.
Thanks for sharing .

Its a private reserve of land that is fenced in and you must be invited there by an owner or be an owner with a key to enter.
To put it simply we rode 32 miles on Saturday and only covered a small portion of the property.
Its a very impressive area to ride.

Guys you need to be very vigilant, the state is looking to buy this. This is from an e-mail that i received from a friend....
PS the State of Florida has been after this land for years, we were all actually hoping w/the budget cuts this would go away. We didn't see this coming. Apparently this is a company just trying to have this land designated "wet lands", so when they go to do other building w/in "real wet-lands", they can exchange this property w/the State. So if they build on say 1,000 acres of wet lands, they will give the State this 1,400 acres of so called redefined "wet-lands"....

That is ALOT of water. Is most of this area under water like Big Cyprus is or are there a lot of dry trails too?
We are thinking about purchasing a lot, but I prefer trails mostly above water. Should we consider else where?
Also, the message about the State wanting the land. Is there anywhere I can research that? I would hate to purchase a lot and then have the State snatch it away. Would the State have to buy people out or would they just take it? Can we email anyone protesting them taking the land? Thanks, Dawn
