I agree to let people make their on decision on wearing a helmet or not, but this is Bones site so it's his decision on what gets posted.

guys and gals lets be smart here. this site is a good thing for all to enjoy and we are able to share a lot of good memories with each other. The mods will use their best judgement and remove inappropriate pics, so dont be sarcastic lets work with the ones running this site! These guys are on our side for many issues.    Lets be sensible, Please dont make yourselves and others look bad by trying to post pics that are questionable and then fighting about them being removed!!! This site is and will continue to be a positive thing for our sport lets not spoil it!!!       Mods you have my support and thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep in mind that we know that Wacker is just kidding around. Everyone knows what is acceptable and not acceptable and as long as we all use our best judgement then things will be great.

Just out of curiousity, how are you going to be able to tell how old the person is?  Meaning helmets for under 16?

I was gonna post up a picture of someone riding without a helmet, to show you a glimpse of things to come, oddly its difficult finding one.
Guess I'll just wait for this website to be packed with them Cool

Just to be clear, I am one that rides a sport quad with full gear ALWAYS! and EVERYWHERE I go. I try to be a positive example of the sport by riding the way that will ensure my safety and the safety of those around me. Me personally I love to ride at croom and you will never see me(streetracing, speeding in the pits at a track, etc.) I am not sayin I am mister perfect but I have seen plenty of fools to know right from wrong!   Those that know me and have ridin with me will tell you, we have always had a blast and thankfully no one has ever been hurt and believe you me we rip!!!    I fully understand the inherently dangerous risks of our sport and respect them with great passion.  If someone on this site chooses not to wear a helmet, thats your choice and I will respect your decision as long as you do so with the understanding that depending on the kind of ridin you do will decide the risk you take. If you choose to ride a 4x4 at slow speed through water or mud SOBER!!!   OK no harm, but I have been to to many places where the limits have been pushed and people end up hurt or dead!!!    Then our sport as a whole gets a blackeye    Please keep in mind the responsibility we all have as enthusiast of such a great sport and recreational activity.  Whether your on a sport quad, 4x4 , side by side etc. I can tell you I have met hundreds of great examples of people who certainly have my respect and support meerly by the way they have represented themselves. I hope to meet many more of you all in the future and have lots of cool memories. Guys and gals be safe and have fun!!!

The issue here isn't what you do. We coud care less what you do. The issue is what is post on this site. This site is owned by Bones, not the state or the government. The laws/rules on here are made by him. When you make tou own site you can allow street riding pictures in yur underware, but not here! Does that explain it better.
