I dont know about all that, but it sure didnt seem like anyone really cared that we were there. All that was there was ATV trails and a bunch of mud. Almost like it was made for that purpose.....

Hey Joe did you get the pic's ?
I have been going to the humps since July and have not had any issues with the law.
We did not see any last weekend but there are usually full size trucks there also.

Both the Humps and 8st are illigal. The police usually go on their little "rampage" every once and a while. They kick everyone out and give warnings...I used to ride there all the time, but since 8st got the no tresspassing signs, I haven't been back. I'm not one for illigal riding.

Got the pics, thanks Jim. Not really any no trespassing signs, except for the places they dont want you to go. And im not for illegal riding either, but if there are no signs and i see other "regulars" out there with no care, im goin for it. Just like anything else its always certain people that get the cops patroling these areas, if they dont get any complaints chances are they won't bother. It is a great spot though.

I agree I have been going for months now and have had no problems.
I have even seen the local police and FWL there. They only check to seen if your ride is legal.
like stated before once signs are posted I would no go.
I will be there again this weekend.

I'll be heading out around 9am and will park in the same place we parked last time.
Give me a shout if your going and I'll keep an eye out.
Looks like there's going to be about 5 to 7 bikes this week.

Humps is legal as long as you stay out of the no-tres zones. We spoke to an FW officer. As long as your bike is registered they do not have a problem with anyone riding there. Lots of nice trails was out on Saturday.

I am not trying to be a meanie or anything...but what officer told you that? I'm just having a hard time believing that it's "legal"
I can understand if it's tolerated...but it's not legal as far as I last knew. Maybe I'm wrong...but I'd love to ride that place and the only thing stopping me is that I can NOT get a ticket.
