Different stroke for different folks  You should try it sometime

4x4matt, if you wear a helmet it interferes with your hydration ability.  Can't drink a _____ while riding if you have a helmet on! (fill in the blank, usually water) IT WAS HOT as all heck, gotta stay hydrated
