Someone posted the ATV size and weight requirements for Croom a while back. I have a Honda Rincon that is too wide, long, and weighs too much according to the posting. Is Croom strict on this or is my Rincon no problem?

They don't check any of that stuff. You have nothing to worry about.

If you want it right from the park and what they say:

"Permits will be issued for ATV's and 2-wheeled cycles (excluding tractors and mopeds). ATV's are defined as any motorized off-highway or all terrain vehicle:

a)50 inches or less in width
b)having a dry weight of 900 lbs or less
c)designed to travel on 3 or 4 low pressure tires
d)having a seat or saddle designed to be stradled by the rider(s) and having handlebars for steering controls
e)and designed by the manufacturer for use by one or 2 riders"

I noticed they dont seem to say anything about 3 wheelers in the new updated brocher.  I have one from the old rules and they are funny to read because the maximum width was 45" and the maximum weight was 500lbs.  My 400ex is wider than 45" stock lol  Anyways they dont measure and they dont weigh things.  They dont check tire pressure either or dB levels.  So your good to go and you shouldnt have any problems at all

The registration office in Plant City told me all atvs sold by anyone after 2000 must have a title. If they did not come with a title the previous owner can apply for one with a bill of sale. I purchased a 1996 lt 160 and the owner got me a title.
