I have recently received a half dozen or so pm's regarding how many drops there will be when final series points are calculated. The answer is that the number is still unknown. It was decided that at the last race of this series during intermission Brady and I will draw a number from a hat. The drop could be 1,2,3, or even 4. This was decided so that no one person could say for sure that a final points position is "in the bag". Once the drop number is determined, each riders' final series points score will be calculated after the lowest points score or scores are dropped and all the results will be posted.  Hope this clears things up.

Most clubs that I have been associated with drop 1, sometimes 2 races for the points total. I think that is fair, and this coming from someone that hasn't been to the last 4 races!!! lol Grin I believe that dropping 1 or 2 races is all that is needed. You drop too many and you have to start going to who won more and down the line with seconds and third places to come up with a series champion.
Just my 2 cents.
