just got back from Long Island, New York. we spent the last 3 weeks there. i haven't been back home in 2 years so i figured i would share some pics with you guys. the first ones are of my secret surfing spot. had to take my son to all the stomping grounds.

then i took him to the spot where we used to jump the waverunners. 1/2 mile off the beach. great sandbar.

Nice pics , last time I visited New York was July 4th,1976 for the 200th anniversary . Back then 42nd st was a rough place to be .I remember on the New Jersey side , Union City to be exact ,there was a garbage strike ,it was bad and hot as hell .
Looks much better today.

thanks guys. the main reason we went up was for the christening of our twins. here's a couple of pics of the christening and the party after. the egg sandwich was 3.99 comes with medium coffee. Grin
