Your gonna have a hard time finding that done here, as your gonna need an engineering stamp on said plans.

Try the Florida Dept. of Agriculture or Midwest Plan Service (MWPS.org), not sure if they're stamped though. Try googling "shed plans" if ya haven't already. Many residential architects/ engineers are probably hungry for work and it shouldn't be very expensive to get a small building drawn up from them. Guessin couple hundred bucks. If that don't work dont pour a slab and leave out electric and ya shouldn't need a permit (it would then be a barn). pour slab and add elec. later!

I don't know what county you are in, but in Hillsborough county, you would need a permit to build a shed. I needed to get one for a 10x16 I had built by Tuff Shed.
