Hey guys, we are gearing up for the quad scramble to be held at amp Xtreme on April 19th! We will be using our mile long track and about three miles of trails to make it happen. I know it will be exciting so please tell you friends and fellow riders to join in. Hope to see a lot of familiar faces there!
Check our website

More details please. What do you have to work with? Any elevation change? Tight woods?oaks?pines?palmettos? A 4 mile course is going to get ROUGH. 150 quads at 12 laps.

Not a ton of elevation change, although there is some. There are some close pine areas, some streams that have cut some 8-10' gouges (some deeper) that the course will go in and out of. Some open fields, some gator pits that were dug when the property was a gator farm (none there now fortunately
). The track, which most of you know is top notch!
FTR will map the course, so we don't have a lot of input. I think it will be pretty cool though.

We (RCDR) are the host club and are looking to go do trail work 4/3-4 and 4/12-13...will let everyone know about it afterwards....looking to purchase a few GATORS for the gator hole to add to the EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!!
One rule is don't run over the gators cause you'll let all the hot air AIR out of them

JMAN, do you think a MX quad(50 inches wide) will fit on this course?

Dan, the RCDR club is making the trails, but I'm sure what gearhead says here is true, so you should fit. You may have to grease the outside of your tires though!

Yep 50 inches and not 1 inch to spare....gave every one a stick at the 50 inch mark and said nothing any wider so 1/2 mile of the course looks looks like this
