Snorkel Question

On a 2006 Honda Foreman 500......why does the crankcase have to be vented into the airbox ?  Is there any reason why it can't be vented up to the handlebars or is there a specific reason why it is vented into the airbox ?

 You do not want trash in your crank case...you can vent it ip the snorkle, just as you would vent tubes.

So there's no reason in particular that they vented it directly into the airbox ?

Did they just assume that was a safe place ?

LOL.....they should know better by now.  I love the commercials though where they show the quads going through a 3 inch deep mud puddle and they have some comment like "Born To Go Anywhere"

Triangle is just the company that I bought the snorkel kit from.   Very good product.  Clean look.  Easy application.  Works great and I have the vidoes to prove it.
