Is the battery good? Are you kicking or cranking with the starter? Need to know.

Try testing the stator for the proper resistence output to see if it's good. I'm no mechanic, but was directed to do a similar test by a guy that know a lot obout this stuff.
If the battery is good and supplying proper voltage it's being lost somewhere. since you've done the coil - check the stator, check for any loose grounds / connections etc.
also  - I know the Pred 500 has an emergency throttle kill if it gets stuck open - does the 90 have this ? if so check to make sure the throttle cable is properly adjusted and test the emergency kill switch - open the cover with the bike at idle - then rev a few hundred rpm's over and hold the cable and let go of the thumb lever - this will close the always open kill switch.

Battery Is Good, Motor Has No Problems Turning Over. Just No Spark

Okay that should rule out the starter relay. Yes, the is a goofy correlation with the starter button, relay and ignition. (eg. weak battery + kick start= no spark. weak battery+kick start while holding start botton=spark) It's a Taiwanese thing.

I would have to agree with Able. But I do not have any manuals to tell which wires to test for ignition pulse to the CDI. Sad

I would check the wire harness on the safety switch again. Any bare wire would ground out the coil.
