Hey, i remember seeing your crash when i was coming around on my second lap there were a bunch of people standing around you and they made everybody slow down, it looked really bad. Glad you're alright though. That course was really rough, i crashed twice on the first lap, then on my third lap my subframe broke and i had to be towed out. Well hope to see you at the races soon!

on december 1st was my last crash i cracked my head on a rock going down a hill, cracked my helmet open and gave me a concussion, after every good blow to the dome you want to replace hit. jake |

If your helmet took a hard hit I would throw it out and get a new one. Once they take a hard shot the integrity of the helmet is compromised. |
