It would beg the question, since the original bike before modifications was a street legal machine,,,,would it have the possibility of still being street legal even with the "three or more low pressure tires, seat meant to be straddled,,,yada yada yada......"

Thats insane, i dont see how 300hp would even be ride-able short of a wheelie bar and a some drag radials.

Ther eis a catch to that. It's not $3000. It probably cost at least $15000 to make that thing. I bet his price is screwed up. Alot of them are on Craigslist.
