A flat head screw driver and hammer to flatten out the washer and a impact wrench.

impact wrench? it seems theres no realy tight bolts on there i just take two small bolts off that loosens a plate behind the thing that holds the sprocket in.i dont know how to get that middle piece out.

The middle piece being the sprocket? If so, use some tough love and a hammer and just give it some love taps. It's probably alittle frozen. Spray some penetrating oil if it doesnt move.

I'm not familiar with the Predator set up, but it sounds like a Z400. You take off the 2 small screws. They should go through a metal plate and thread into the sprocket. After removing the 2 screws you rotate the metal plate on way or another until the teeth line up and you can slide it off. Then the sprocket should slide off. Reverse the process and adjust the chain.

well now the new sprocket wont fit, its a sunstar 13t fornt sprocket. the package says 05-07 predator. and a honda 400ex. the holes are drilled mto the honda because the one i have now has polaris and honda hole fittings and they match the honda sized holes. they are spaced to far apart and the plate wont match up with it WTF.
