Installed a dynoket kit on the kodie 2 weeks ago and cant get the throttle response i want. When I first "nail it" she bogs. It was running lean the first time so I adj the screw out to give her more fuel and that still didnt work. Well last week I went one size bigger on the main jet....still no change in the low end punch but the plug looks good now. I think it might be in the neddle adjustment..what do you guys think?

I wouldn't change the needle yet. If you not highly modified then don't bother. On a carb there are two jets. The idle jet is for up to 1/4 throttle thereafter they main jet takes over. It sounds like your idle jet may be too big thus the sluggish response when you hit the gas. What color is your plug? If it's black then your running rich but make sure it's not a white-ish or greyish color. That's lean. You want a brown color. Idle jets go up in increments of 5 (i.e. 20, 20.5, 30, etc) and main jets go up in increments of 10 (i.e. 400, 410, 420, etc.) What was the size jetting that was in there before you swapped them out. As far as the a/f screw that is something that may help out a small amount but if you try to lean up the low end your top end is going to be even leaner and vice versa with wanting to run richer. Usually, I screw the a/f screw all the way in then back it out 1 1/4 turn. Hope this helps.  -Mark

i always run the air screw from 1 to 2 turns.....i am not too dang familiar with the kodiak carbs, but it sounds like a pilot jet problem...

Well man I hate to be the bear of bad news but your wrong....

My main jets go up in increments of two( i.e 116-118-120-122-etc)

Thanks for the help anyways, the problem is in my needle...i had to move the needle clip up one more.

Ok well I guess it's name brand specific on the sizes of jets. My Mikuni goes in 10's.  I guess other brands are different.

depending on the brand name you will encounter different numbers and some letters.  I was going to suggest you needle position.
