08 750 brute force spitting gas on rider

just bought 08 fuel injected 750 brute force, any time i ride in over 65 degrees the fuel tank pressurizes and spits gas on me from under the handle bars. anyone else having this problem and whats been done?
haulin ass and wearin gas
