need some help.  out of ideas for the front rear is takin care of. ist a 98 reg cab short bed 2wd

What kind of help are you needing Huh
 If your doing a body lift, We used to take and drill a hole dead center of 92 hockey pucks ( for a Ford ranger) place three of them at each mounting point. Three stacked up equals a three inch lift.
they are just as strong as a lift kit from the dealer, just cheaper.
 We used to get them for a buck a piece

any ideas on lifting the front.
 your is great ill ask if he wants to do that.
can u only do the cab or will it not look right?
