Grip the tank tightly with your knees. Atleast that's what I do.

I figure if you put some velcro on your pants and some velcro on your gas tank you wont be able to do any tricks. whats up with that?

Hey man ya that sux when that happens but u got to get used to it and overcome  thats wat i think like when the quad throws u into a dead man sailor ( were like u leaning foward and to one side right or left) u have to overcome the momentum throwing the direction and straigtening out

nac nac, thanks kid. i dont think our jump is big enough because its almost like i dont have enough time in the air to pull it off.i get my leg around ok but i dont have enough time to bring it back to my peg. might have to tear it down and make the ramp a little bit higher..??

I thought that was what the kill switch leash was for...to keep you on the bike.

Are you getting launched off because of the back kicking you up? Or are you coming off the bike on the way down?

I stand up, slightly forward, and use throttle or rear break to compensate for the front/back getting out of line. You can also shift up to adjust while in the air.

Good Luck

Same happens to me, when I jump with the blaster sometimes, esspecailly on certain jumps, I just go flying and I'm holding on to the bars alone, it's like my body goes higher than the quad.  This happened less than on the 400ex that I ride sometimes too.  Anybody have any real suggestions besides dumb stuff?

On a serious note...

If you rev the throtle while airborn, the bars will come up to you, this will change the attitude of your landing but keep the bars from feeling like they're moving away from you.

Also, you can squeeze your tank with your knees on the way up to keep you in proper form, but remember to let go before you land, because it can leave some serious bruises on the inside of your knees.

Peace out
-Uncle Rico
