Aslo some site have a pinned thread at the top of the for sale section with trader feedback. Ypu can see if they have sold on the site before and if it was a good or bad experience.
I still vote for a blanket party.

He is still selling on the sale sight we all should start bad mouthing him on there when ever he post something for sale let others know not buy from him.This is what he is selling 96 saturn sl1 for sale bottle baby

That would work or just hold it until he either gives you your money or he makes it right.I still like the idea of test drive into a tree that would be funny.
