He got a shoulder injury in the first quarter and then a Steeler stepped on that shoulder. He's done. The NFL is shameless and getting more and more like the boxing industry. Tonight's game should have been postponed or relocated to another arena because the field is unsafe. But, the NFL won't pass up the opportunity to bilk the home fans or TV revenue.

The Dolphins need any and ALL help they could get.. I say they are pretty dumb to let him back also, but its all about the $$.. I still think it is ridiculous how NFL,NBA,MLB,NHL players get paid MULTI MILLIONS to throw/hit a ball around.. This is on top of there Monday through Friday 9am-5pm career..

Got a point.  I don't wish harm on anyone.  It really is his own stupidity to play though.  No way is he in shape to play in the NFL right now.  Without being through some full practices with pads and hitting, your not ready for a game.  Your opponents are going to hit way harder than your actual teammates.  In my opinion it is a privilege to play in the NFL.  You abuse the privilege, you suffer the consequences.  These guys are role models to young kids that are growing up, and he is a very sad excuse for a role model.  Teaches kids that they can smoke pot, quit their job, and when they come back everything will be there waiting for them.  The only good thing I see out of it, is I think he is making minimum pay for the league.

The defender purposely hurt him and I think that is despicable. The media was so hyped up about his return and the Steelers defense had one objective and they fullfilled it. Shamefull.

I don't want him punished for the rest of his life, but let's face facts.  These guys are put on a pedestal and they know it.  You have to have good character and demonstrate that in the public eye.  If you want to smoke pot, do it, but don't go on national TV and say I am going to quit football to smoke pot, and that is basically what he did.  I think Micheal Vick is going to get what he deserves, or atleast I it looks that way.  I don't forsee him being a NFL quarterback ever again.  Quarterbacks are leaders and Micheal Vick is no leader.  Kind of hard to rally a team behind you when let your team down because you are selfish and want to promote illegal entertainment.

I agree they are on a pedestal and a lucky to have made the elite(NFL.) He did kind of weird out and say some crazy things on national TV.
During this time the Dolphins sucked (kind of like now, but not as bad  ) and he was putting up some great stats and breaking records, despite the kryppie.
Maybe the rest of the team should have been token' it up with RW. LOL!! Yes, Mon!

I don't have a problem with the insane money they are making, but being a pro athlete makes you in the public eye 24/7, so act like you know it.  Don't act like a dumba$$ and do stupid $hit and they try to weasel your way out of it.  That wouldn't be that hard to do, if I was making that kind of money.
