01 kx 125 /kx 250 swap

hey can any one help me out ? i want to know if a kx 250 engine will bolt into a kx 125 frame ? i know alot of there parts are the same

also could you swap other year kx 125 engines in a 01 frame ? (i have a friend who has a built 05 engine and would like to put it in my 01 )

Best place to ask would probably be ThumperTalk.com in the Kawi section.

But, If I were to guess.. The mounting points wont be in the same spot, so it may need some fabrication.
