great news my house flooded, so here i am 2:16 in the morning with people sucking the water out of the carpet and all the neighbors are outside. i guess they said it was a pressure valve that busted, oh well guess ill be on here for a while.

That sucks I had a pipe leak in the kithen and went under
wall to bathroom and living room,had to tear everything out
to concrete wall and replace entire kitchen,I'm about to go to
bed though just got in from a night ride.

yea my bussy had that happen the day before the inspector that the people that were buying the house sent.......yea we had our hands full changing drywall. and sucking water out of the house.....lol....sorry man call out to work....
