You can get into either place with 2wd.  Not a problem what so ever.  Delancy has the better campground as far as more trees (you feel like you are camping).  Big Scrub has better riding (Much better) although the campground is a completely open field what out one shade tree.  You actually camp in a grass field (not so fun for the kids).

Oh, forgot to say that big scrub has brand new (big) showers for when you want to clean up.

Delancy is $6.00 per night, Big Scrub is now $12.00 per night.

At Delancy you actually feel like you are in the wild, at Big Scrub you feel like your playing football.

At Delancy there is no running water or showers, at Big Scrub there are faucets and showers.

At Delancy there are trails that are marked but also VERY whooped out currently, at Big Scrub there are initial whoops at the powerlines (you use these to get to any of the trails) then you can go off into any trail out there provided that it is not a numbered road.

At Delancy because of the marked trails it is much harder to get lost, at Big Scrub if you keep an eye on N,S, E or W then you will almost always know where you are at.  The powerlines only go East and West so if you go off into a trail off from the powerlines going north then you head generally south until you hit the powerlines.  This applies to any direction.

I think there is a way to get to both just do not know if all of the trails wold be legal.  They are supposed to be making them interlink.  Whooped means instead of the trails being flat and being able to ride at a good pace the trails have hills (very wavy) in them and the quad is constantly going from one small hill to another making it uncomfortable to ride for long distances or at a good pace.  For those of us that have great suspension you can blitz through them but it does get tiring.

I am sure you will enjoy both.

Remember to bring with you:

Drivers License
Registration on Vehicles
Green Permit Sticker
and $75.00 per person for the new fees

You must have all of the above on you at all times while on the trails

Delancy is $6.00 per night, Big Scrub is now $12.00 per night.

Is there a day parking fee for Big Scrub or is it the same either way, $12?

Go to the tag department and pay the $5.00 there.  They will give you a sticker.  If they will not then tell them that you want a letter stating that you have applied for the registration and it is out of your hands.  Then worse thing that could happen in Ocala is a warning.
