Thought I would share a few pics of my motor rebulid on the rubicon.


the rag bundles w/ duct tape are my top end parts. ALl the ziplocks are marked bolts and small parts.

Labeling the parts in baggies is a smart idea. Looks like it is coming a long.

Man that looks like quite the project, here's a  Thumbs Up because I don't think I would even attempt something that involved? At least I know who to come to if I need a re-build Grin

yeah, and to make it even better I broke off a bolt (10mm) for the oil pump driven chain sprocket... Sucks, its going to be a pain in the azz getting it out..

Center punch and some sharp drill bits, then chase it with a tap.  Fun stuff

yup thats what we are doing after dinner... been there done that, done it again lol. didn't take much at all to break it, it was a bolt that holds on the sprocket, so I wanted it tight, well you see what happened...

thanks, I need as much as possible lol. it hasent been touched in almost 2 weeks, real busy again. Theres alot of stuff Im doing to my truck too, so maybe around christmas this will be 100%
