For strictly mud? Honda Foreman. It has AMAZING low end power. Put some Outlaws on it and you will come out the other side.

Either an Arctic Cat H1 or a 500m. the h1 will spin any size tire out there in thick mud STOCK 500 will do it with a clutch kit, and a pipe.

Best water riding bike out there... a 2000 or older Honda 300.

Big bore:

Grizzly, BF750, H1 Artic Crap

Why you have to hate on the AC's? Jealous?

This is a great question that normally would have got all the attention!!

LMAO, it will be hard for the peanut gallery to pick apart my choice of best as a manual Suzuki Vinson with 26" gators for destroying the mud, but what do I know, i am just a guy who actually rides in the swamp sometimes. Wink

[/quote]

I just don't like AC's.  I've rode quite a few, I don't like much about them.  From what I can see from your sig yours isn't stock by any means, but stock for stock I like the grizz/BF way better.  It was just a joke on the e-net...

I will admit that I have not yet rode one one outlaws, I rode one on stock tires, and one on swamp lites...they both just didn't do anything for me.  They are OK bikes, but not for me.

I have a grizzly on 27" XTR's BTW, and yes, your bike CAN outrun mine any day of the week I'm sure, just by looking at your sig.

BTW, I feelt he same about the outlander.  I rode 3 up at mudfest (all while I was deciding what big bore *I* wanted to buy) and I wasn't impressed at ALL by their visco lock.  I love the grizzly's diff lock...IMO, unbeatable.

Better known as Polunkis. In my opinion they have the best suspension on the market but they are a tank (meaning heavy).

I got the opportunity to ride an 08 Can-Am.

Here's my opinion:

Way faster than all 3 bikes in my garage (BF/Grizz/YFZ450).
I LOVE the braking system (on the driveshaft aka pinion brake)

I do not like the visco lock AT ALL.  It takes about 3 revolutions of the tire for it to engage.

Basically that + price was a big factor in my decision to add the Grizzly to the garage.  The grizz has a 'fully locking' differential.  Thats a big plus for me and the riding I do.  I couldn't stomach spending almost 10g's.

It IS way faster, but I don't like some of the things about it.  I have a sport bike for speed and a 4x4 for mud.  I just don't need a 'faster' 4x4.  It will kill my YFZ though, some guy had one out at the place we usually ride.

I still have my ATC 200M with 26 ditch witch tires , might not goes as fast as most 4wd fourwheelers but when I got stuck I could pull it out myself.
Fun to ride .

Wish I woulda had my SpiderTracks on it. That was fun goin thru the mud drag w/ no lights, ppl were like WTF is this guy doin, he must be lost, but I seen it in the day time when it was empty & thought no problem, I made it out though, thats all that matters, I wish Ida was there for that, he only seen me get stuck Undecided

I know he was laughing when I went in the shower w/ my helmet on.
