What: RODMAN DAM TRAIL RIDE IV
When: Saturday January 22, 2005
Where: Rodman Dam
Meeting Time: 8:00am
Group Pictures: 9:00am in the pit
Estimated Distance to the 88 Store VIA Eureka Dam: 35 miles
Estimated Distance back to Rodman Dam: 30 miles

i know its early but back by popular demand, its Rodman Dam Trail Ride IV.
make your reservations early at elete campground. there will be several groups of riders with something for everyone. we will have the usual racing in the pit and a trail ride to the 88 store after the group pics. lets have fewer pizza's this time guys so our stop at the 88 store wont be as long. somebody please come up with a pair of radios. i'd like to propose taking the route that carries us to eurika dam and the ocklawaha river then on to the 88 store. we'll take our first break in the sand pit at eureka dam. anyone wanting to race or hit some jumps can have at it there. grizz, start the count list. i'm in!

That would be a great idea....since they cook a pizza every half hour or so...time saved  Grin

Its the start of snow bird season, so any of U wants to stay at Elite make your reservation now or there will be no cabins.

I doubt I'll stay at Elite most likely I'll camp since the weather should be real nice. Maybe some others would like to camp as well. We should all try to camp together maybe at Salt Springs or Delancy??

i may do a scout ride on january 15th to check out the trails. theres very little open areas on this route and a lot of potential for downed trees. most should be cleared out by then.
