some people i know say mac's is closed..is it? and if not..do you need a flag out there?? and are there speed limits? thanx-josh

Yes, you do need an airboat flag.  Speed limit on the levee just like any other place.  Out in the swamp, it's pretty deep and nasty last I saw...my buddy sunk his truck out there just about 3ft from the airboat dock.

use your brain f you are looking to go fast dont go there. they have drag strips for speed. kids are outt here with family and dont need to be worring bout morons going fast plus the leeve is so torn up u do anything more than 25 you are all over the place just use your head when u are out there and see who is out there, how the ground is and all that stuff i am sure u are smart enough for that

Clapper Well said, I hate it when those idiots just drag race up and down Krome and the dirt road back to Macs, they have no disregard for anyone eles out there and think they own the place. They set a bad images for those who actually care and just want to have fun. They cant just go a minute up the road to the drag strip and drag race.Im sure I am not the only one who looks down on those people.

ya.. geuss i should have worded it differently..i didnt mean like that..i should have just asked what the limit was..im riding a bike so i take it easy anyway..lots of rocks and bumps around..so is mac's a good place to ride bikes? like i said i've only been one time and i just turned around at those trailors because i was learning how to ride..thanx-josh

it is better if you use a flag I use one but unless I am there you will probably be the only one with a flag I seen maybe 5 people with flags out there it would be better if everyone had one

gravel roads?how much fun is that?i've heard alot about this place over the years,some say it's legal,most say it's not,what gives?i would think if it was legal it would be posted on atvflorida as a legal riding area!!!!then again who knows,cuz holeyland isn't listed...

i was there last saturday and macs has turned into one of the  worst riding spots lol the swap is flooded and for aitboats only so basically riding up and down the levvee

It is legal just when you ride behind the no trespassing bars then thats illegal and also if you cross krome ave. with your ATV and if you go pass the speed limit. Trust me i personally figured this out and almost got a $1000 fine for trespassing.

LMAO, it is legal...we went down the boat ramp recently...made it about 50 feet out.

The east side is sure sweet.  Cool Go at night...
