Since nobody else has commented...

Keep the front sprocket the same.  Changes on the front make too big of a difference.  So make sure you know for sure what size you already have.  Your best bet is to leave them both as they are if you don't have any complaints with how it already feels in the trails.

If you're nearly stalling a lot, or trying to shift down when you're already in 1st, then add a tooth to the rear.

On the other hand, if you're coming out of corners and having to shift up really fast, or the rpms feel too high when you're in the corner or immediately after, then go down a tooth in the rear.  It will make it pull longer.

Most people will tell you to get a bigger rear sprocket for trails.  *Front sprocket sizes work in the opposite way than rear sprockets.  (ie: Going to a bigger front sprocket works like a smaller rear, and a smaller front sprocket works like a bigger rear.  But with more effect.)

When I feel athletic, I go to a sports bar.

Depends on the trails you ride.
Fast/average trails: I would leave it stock.
A lot of tight trails: I would gear down.
