Have you ever been to Ginnie Spring's ? it's on the Santa Fe River which flow's into the Suwanee river, i love it there, use to be a spot to ride next to it, they allow ATV's but not an ATV Park & no 2 strokes, basically you can ride them to the bathroom/showers, & there store, 5mph speed limit but beat's walking, a golf cart would be better there IMO.

it might not be a place for kids during holiday weekends when school is in, it's close to Gainesville so it's a party place at those times, can get a little rowdy if you know what I meen, had a girl but naked walk up to me & ask me for a lighter, next morning in the store/lodge i heard an older couple complaining about it, the lady behind the counter told them "yes we do have mermaids here" I LOL.

Susie, If you're talking about fishing then just go to central Fl.  Wnter Haven, Haines City,Kisssimmee.

There's Lake Walk N Water out west of Lake Wales, There's Lake Marion just east of  Poincianna. There's lake toho (tohopologa)out in Kissimmee. There's thousands of lakes over there. Litterally
