My question is, Is his new ? Ive out of the ATV scene for about a year and im not sure If I "HAVE" to put it on the bike and what is for, like a registration Huh
                                       Thanks for your help...

Stick it on your car bumper, you 'll get more use out of it there. Really, I stuck mine on the back under the seat. As long as it's visible. If you find a dirt road with a speedlimit sign posted 35 MPH, have fun!!

So let me get this straight... The decal just means that my quad is titled. AND the money that i paid for it to be titled goes towards land for riding right HuhHuhHuh
It is also so that L.E. can run the information on it better ?

caospop, the $$ is SUPPOSE to go for places for us to ride them, also to help on identifying stolen ATV's so they say.
It looks like a boat registration sticker & is suppose to go on rear fender, if you don't have one hopefully they'll stop you & TRY to find the V.I.N. & run it to see if it's stolen or not.

You have to pay for it. Then you'll get your 260,000 acres of riding land like the rest of us.

I paid to register the quad and that did not include the sticker? what kind of BS is that how much is the sticker and where do I pay?

260,000 acres  yeah right , I was at the Rally  and one of the first to sign up for the ATV association when it began , we are lucky we can even have the things in our garages as far as the state is concerned.

I may be wrong but I think it might be some dealers transfer it for you some don't (you gotta do it yourself)
my friends bought  5 YFZ's & a YZ from Cahill's Yamaha & they got there sticker in the mail.
