No I am going to bring trash bags. My boyfriend is in construction and he can get the big ones for free. I am going to bring lunch but I don't know if I will have enough. Bring drinks (beer, soda, whatever) and snacks!

Can you give me more information on the Poker Run?  What time will it start?  Can you ride double?  How does it work?
Thanks

It is just a thing that is happening.... Like a group ride. You can come whenever you want and ride with 8 people on a bike if you wanted!

I am thinking of coming down there with a buddy of mine and I dont want to drive down just for a day, is there camping available on site or a campground close that allows tents, i dont wanna drag the camper down this weekend. Thanks for the help.

you can camp pretty much whereever you want, the quiet area out of all the spots would be down by the pump house, or at any of the turn in towards the power lines onthe northside of the dirt road. skeeters are bad, bring protection.

What time should we meet up in the morning? We're planning on being at the South Pump House around 8 am. Was going to camp, but the weather is too warm and not in the mood to play smack the mosquitoes all night.

Well, I am having second thoughts about not going. I really want to go so I think I may change some plans around and head down there. I just have a couple questions and im sure manny knows why I am asking this, lol. Is there any Nextel reception down there or a store close by that has pay phones? I am gonna come down sat night and camp if I do make it.

There is no store for miles except the little peanut stand at the beggining of the levy. You do get Nextel service in front of the pump house and half way down the dirt road. We have Nextel's too, we know where they get service. If you don't mind me asking, why do you need a phone?
