Big Scrub

I am going out to Big Scrub for the first time, how do I get there from 17-92 in Sanford/Deland?

Come up 17-92 till you reach hwy44 in deland turn left follow hwy 44 out of deland, cross the st john river and take your first right, which will be cr 42 follow this untill you reach sr 19 in altoona turn right go approx 7 miles on sr 19 untill you see the little wooden sign on the right that says big scrub, turn left there you will be driving along side of the power lines you will see a few approved parking areas.
