I spoke to FWC today and the Holeylands will officially re-open at midnight, tomorrow night, June 13.  We will then be able to ride out there again.  Get your mud tires ready.  You're definitely going to need them now!  Anybody up for some extreme night riding?  Too hot to enjoy now.

I would ask one thing and that is for everybody to temper their enthusiasm.  You can be sure that we will be watched very closely.  If the madness at the bridge and littering continues, you can bet they will shut it down again.  They will have the excuse; too much water.  They did it in 2005 so don't think they won't again.  In my other thread, I relayed the info I received from their lead biologist and that was the closing had alot to do with the behavior of people out there.  Let's not give them a reason to shut us out again, which just might be permanently.  Have fun, be smart, clean up after yourselves and, most of all, be safe.

To ride out at the Holey Land don't you need a flag? If so where do you get them at the type of flag and the flag pole thingy? I would like to go but I only know to buy them online and it won't get it here by this weekend.

You can get them at Holiday Park or Sawgrass rec center. Both are on the way if you are heading there from the south.
