Check out this month's dirtwheels magazine, they did an article on changing it and I'm pretty sure they used a YFZ for the test vehicle.
Good luck,
Keith

either a big set of channel locks or the hub nut wrenches and a rubber mallet to beat the axle out.... needs a bit of attitude adjustment to get it out. just changed mine on my raptor and they are very very similar

start with the wheels, pop the hubs off. I think its a 46mm wrench for the stop nut. You have to take off the brake caliper and brake rotor. take a rubber mallet (if you dont plan on ever using it again, hammer will work.) and beat it to the left side so that the sprocket is sliding away from the swing arm.
Then, there is a snap ring for the sprocket hub that you need to take a small flathead screwdriver and work it out....Thats it. reverse steps to put it back in.

it is real easy. just take your time. make sure you take the sproket hub off first.
