ONF Delancey and Big Scrub

Hi all, a group of friends I ride with are coming down over spring break to camp and ride. We are looking at West Delancey and Big Scrub. We all have toy haulers and would prefer full hook ups but can boondock if need be. What should we expect this time of year? Weather? Will the camp grounds be full? Is there a private CG near by with trail access? Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

There are no hook ups in either campground, Salt Springs, Rodman, and Elite Resort campgrounds all have hook ups but you can't ride out off them. The weather, well it's Florida.
