I don't think knobbies will be allowed, but Brady will let you know I'm sure he'll be on here later.  There will be at least 3 running in the Women's class and they always welcome more.

Just an FYI, most nationals run 1 heat qualifiers, and 1 main. most heats are 4 to 5 laps, and mains 6 to 8 laps.

To keep things from getting confusing, we will run the same classes as the flat track for now. As the number of riders increase, we will be forced to update the classes.

No, not a stupid question at all actually.

TT stands for "Tourist Trophy".

It's a blast. Come check it out, you'll be hooked.

Well, our first TT race is in the books, and I can say is AWESOME RACING EVERYONE! Here are the race results:

VET QUAD
1st- #32, Tim McQuaig. Suzuki LT250R
2nd- #2, Steve Arnold. GasGas 300
3rd- #1, Matt Tornero. Yamaha Raptor
The old guys! Anyone who likes to pick on Tim (Quad32), had better think again. The old fart can BRING IT. He rode the wheels off that 'ol LT250 for an impressive win by a good margin. Steve also did well on his GasGas. Another old crud that can ride out! Matt raced his first race today, and got himself a respectable 3rd place. Congrats Matt.

YOUTH QUAD
1st- #7, Austin Akers. Honda 400EX
2nd- #1, Joey Green. Honda 400EX
3rd- #18 Carleigh Haas. Honda 400EX
The Youth class is a great class. They raced hard as they always do. It's amazing to see how far these kids have come since they started racing. Great job today guys.

LADIES QUAD
1st- #4, Megan Edwards. Yamaha YFZ450
2nd- #1, Lauren Melo. Yamaha YFZ450
3rd- #10, Jessica Campo. Honda 400EX
Lots of ladies coming out to race, which is great! Lauren ran strong through the heats, but Megan managed to get around her in the main for the win. Jessica did a great job for her very first race, coming in 3rd.

NOVICE QUAD
1st- #4 Dare Rambo. Yamaha YFZ450
2nd- #72 Jon Cabana. Yamaha YFZ450
3rd- #11 Jeffery Davidson. ?
These kids... what can I say? It looked like Dare was pulling Jon around, they were so close! Jeffery was a very close 3rd. Awesome racing with this bunch as always.

INTERMEDIATE QUAD
1st- #1, Zach Jacobson. Yamaha YFZ450
2nd- #3, Travis Edwards. Yamaha YFZ450
3rd- #3x, Jeff Green. Yamaha YFZ450
This race was up for the taking. All 3 of these guys are good riders who are not afraid to mix it up. Jeff led a large part of the race, with Zach and Travis literally bumper to bumper behind him. Jeff got a little loose and spun, and Zach and Travis got around him. Excellent race guys!

OPEN QUAD
1st- #9, Scooter Blankenship. Suzuki LTR450
2nd- #32, Bud Chancey. Honda 250R
3rd- #34, Brian Maurer. Honda 450R
Man, what an awesome race! Scooter ran well through both heats, and in the main he jumped out to a good lead. Bud reeled him in and was pressing him HARD, especially the last couple of laps, but Scooter managed to dig down and hold him off for the win. Great job Scooter, an awesome race to watch! Brian was fast and consistent, and came in a close 3rd.

I would like to thank everyone that came out, and especially props to the racers for a great job. Everyone raced hard and clean, and we had no accidents or injuries. The TT track worked out great, had MAJOR grip, and is a blast to run on.  Thanks again, see everyone next time.
