Anyone want to set up a ride date down here in Broward County? This weekend, I'll be riding all weekend out in the glades.  If anyone wants to go, the place i ride is perfectly legal.  There's a mud field, a ton of trails (4x2 and 4x4), and a few jumps and stuff.

If anyone wants to go, I'll be out riding Friday night, Saturday day/night and probably Sunday day too.

I also would like to go out there sometime during the week (i can go anytime) but i need a riding buddy cuz it can get nasty out there and i just ordered my new winch so i'd be sh*t outta luck if i get stuck lol.

Lemme know guys

Hello, taking off work on friday...any chance you wanna go earlier? If not maybe we can meet up later or the weekend. Have trailer full of quads and dirt bikes. My daughter and son-in-law are coming in town. He just got back from serving a year over in Iraq and would love to take him somewhere we won't get kicked out!!! thanks jimQ

You guys plan to ride outside the Macks area ?  I hope you're not planning on going to the south side of Krome because you will get busted.  Last time I was on the south side FWC mentioned that they can fine you up to 1,000 dollars and possible jail time.  I know you can ride on the west side of Macks, Everglades area.   Just a reminder.

I don't know where you get your information from, but the land on the south side is privately owned and we have permission to be back there.  However, there is a small section of trails to the southwest that is all barricaded now because of a liability lawsuit the owner experienced a while back (as far as i know).

I was across the street talkin with FWC...no problems.  Just stay off of Krome Ave and you're ok.

So you're saying that across the street from Macks ( On the south side of Krome ) you're allowed to ride ? The same area that is owned by FPL & SFWM ?

when you come out of macks, if you go left and ride about 1500ft east of the trailer park, then yes, you can ride all back in there without a problem.  if you go out of macks and go right, you're taking a risk.

Ohhhhh,  I see what you mean.  You confused me when you mentioned "south".  Well that's nice to know, not to be sarcastic, but enjoy it while you can because pretty soon some A holes on sport bikes are going to F it up like always.  I'm not targeting all sport riders just a few and you know who you are.  Take care soflaeiger, hit a mud hole for me.

So do sports cars , There are no need for Corvettes , Porsche, dont blame it on the people on sport quads blame it on the lawyers that take the case , and the riders that dont take responsibility for there own actions .

I TOTALLY agree and understand what you mean.  There are a few sport bikes out there...some are really good guys (enthusiasts) and others are just assholes.  I mean, there were guys RACING down Krome Ave on the middle of the street...HELLO DUMBASSES...just CALL the cops why don't ya.

Oh well, I've got a few people together so far.  Brett771 is meeting me at macks on saturday and im meeting Jim (QBlaster) to ride on Friday.  Anyone else want to join in?

I can go on Friday. I got a winch. Just need to know that where we are riding is legal. Is it on the south side or north side of krome? (I live like 10 minutes from there) If its a good place, my wife and I can finally ride somewhere close to home.

On Friday, me and Jim (QBlaster) are meetin up at the Waffle House on I-75 and Griffin Rd (Southeast corner) for some breakfast and then headed out to ride.

Brett771 informed me of another more challenging spot to ride just south of there, but i don't know if we can go with QBlaster since he's got some 2-stroke sport bikes Smiley  Save it for the 4x4s hehe
