Look, you don't have to be in pictures or video if you don't want to. Smiley 10:00am is approaching quickly.

The roads are all open now, and the backfires worked perfectly. Wind is dying down. Can't wait to see what trash survived.

The ride went down the boat ramp at Macs fish camp because they wouldn't let us in, and my punk buddies were afraid to enter from Alligator alley. Smiley

We wanted to do a smouldering sawgrass ride, but it wasn't in the cards.

According to an unnamed source, yes you can enter from I- 75(alley).

This guy told me it was almost out, but they were thinking of lighting it back up again if the wind became favvorible.

Now for a few shots of the trip there..

Started with this Smiley
Redneck tierod adjustment.

She is burning, this is from about 136/84

Fire command looked small, I had high hopes:

Go kick its butt, so the overgrowth can stay for next months fires:

Heading back south due to the HoleyLands being closed. Hello Fish Camp.

Great guy who said it was almost out, "but we might relight it with the ping pong balls, so stay out if you know what is good for you."

Fire fighting fulltracks are very cool. I want one.

NO PICTURES, NO PICTURES, this is a live truck, live shot blah blah blah, pick a private spot if you don't want the mini media reporting whats up live truck guy. What reporter is that?

Burn, baby burn!!

Another guy burned by the fire leaving Holiday park.

Coming next, Macs fish, the forgotten spot.
