 Wink Wink

Miassmaro98,

Usually we have a 20 mile trail ride, however, this past event we could not do it do to fire hazard. Saturday nights we always have live entertainment. For the Adult weekends there is something going on almost all day and night that you have chances to win money and prizes like Free Passes to upcoming events. I guess
you have to attend an Adult weekend to really know how much fun they are.

The trail ride is out the back and to the North of the event area.  It is a great ride back into Florida scrub, pastures, riverside and there is a lot of wildlife back there.  Really enjoy the trailrides and hope they can be expanded in the future.

NO, L-Cross is located on Hwy 78 in Glades County, West of Okeechobee. Mud Fest
is on Hwy 70 East of the Town of Okeechobee in Okeechobee County.

Mud Fest is held twice a year and L-Cross has 18 Mudding Events per year and now has added MX racing, too.

Thanks,

Just to clarify for you.  There are not 20 miles of trails for open riding.  The Pearce family has someone guide a ride through 20 miles of trails.  On some weekends they do them twice, generally each morning at 10am.

No, L-cross and mudfest are not the same.  Mudfest is held twice a year and is located directly off of 70 east of Okeechobee.  L-cross has family events the third weekend of every month and has several adult only events through out the year.  In addition they are always adding upgrades and making changes to the park.  Mudfest you can't play in the mud after dark and they shut down ALL riding even in the camping area between 10-midnight.  At L-cross you can play in the mudhole all night and ride from camp to camp partying all night.  Only restriction would be if you have a loud pipe and are making alot of noise.  L-cross also has a concert on Saturdays.  Mudfest has no other entertainment.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, it's been awhile since I've been there.  And won't make this one.  One day hopefully sooner than later I'll be able to hit another trip out there.  Sorry I forgot about the other amenities TQG, I thought I had that covered in my disclaimer stating that there are always new upgrades to the park.  LOL!

Y'all have a great time.  Patty, keep that grandbaby as far away from these guys as you can. Congrats!
