thats the stock exhaust of my atv too, i ordered a stock ski doo exhaust for it wich is suposed to be quiet...

keyword: supposed lol.  That would be a good day to find a golfcart in a ditch.

got the new pipe on and it isnt as quiet as i hoped but it performs way better. video doesnt do it justice it runs awsome with the tuned pipe.

kinda gets in the way but it isnt very noticible when your in it.

also a piece of the outer layer on the belt chipped off, you dont think it will snap if i ride it?

Hah, I love this golf cart its insane.  That pipe will act as a good heater on those cold days so thats a +.  If the belt is ripped or damaged in anyway it will put alot of stress and eventually will break.

the gps siad 40 even at about 8000 rpms, i can get 9000 out of it if i want to, but it takes so long for the gps to pick up on the speed id blow it up before the gps shows the speed

i will eventually, i gota order a new belt, after one ride today another piece broke off of it, i think its because the clutch engages faster than the secondary and it stretches the belt, il get a video of it free revving in neutral youl see what i mean.

when i heard a ding and looked back to see a little black thing fly out the back, the engine was moving when you revved it and the whole thing sat a little crooked and about 1/4" too far left, so i took the whole engine out again and completely revised my mounting system, it should be much stronger.

the engine has been in and out of this thing at least 20 times in the last 2 weeks, hopefully this will be the last time lol.

Knock on wood it isnt another 20times lol.  Do you plan on leaving it the way it is or are you doing any more modifications to it?

just the new engine mounting plate and maybe a cht guage, and maybe some sort of airbox eventualy.
