my rotax 503 snowmobile engine wont start and i don't know why. its a twin 2 stroke. the engine is in a golf cart. we ran it for a little while and it died when we let of the gas, i thought it was just  because it only idled in neutral because the idle screw was set too low. when i tried to start it again it sputtered a little and wouldn't work. it doesent sound like its igniting, it gets weak spark, but it should be enough to run. it was running fine all day yesterday. after a few Minuit's of trying to start it it always floods even when I'm not on the gas. the plugs are old but would that be enough to make it not run?

I don't know anything about snowmobiles but, since it's a 2 stroke I would think it would have reeds. I would pull off the reed cage and check to see if one of the reeds didn't break off. If you have spark, fuel and compression that would be the only thing I can think of. Like stated above get a new plug too.
