I know there is several people on this site who attend. Acura is debuting their prototype this weekend. The Audi diesel will probably dominate in its class as well. It will be the usuall huge party, debauchery, excessive drinking. Sounds like a good time.

I really want to go, but have something else to do this weekend. Unless I get free tickets from someone I won't go. If I get tickets offered it would be rude to turn them down and I would have to change my plans, lol. Joe, it is a great time. It is the American LeMans Series(road racing). The money the put into these cars is amazing. I think it completely blows nascar out of the water. The parties are crazy and they even bring out beads in certain areas of the track. The race lasts 12hours non stop. Tickets aren't cheap($80) for saturday, but well worth it. http://www.sebringraceway.com/ |

We will be there  Thursday Night I believe  Our friends car is there ready and waiting to WIN! Look for the Ferrari of Houston #62 to do just that in the GT2 Class  This Year Risi Competizione has hooked up with Krohn Racing and I do believe the the #61 car will be there as well with Krohn's Team Drivers. Ill be there! We went last year and had a blast. We got an RV spot near the start/finish line. Last year we stayed on turn 10 with some friends.
Its pretty much a huge party, with a race going on in the backround. haha. Lots of beads, booze and fast cars! Im not sure why it is so expensive though, I think the Rolex 24 hr race in daytona is cheaper.

I've never been but a guy I use to work w/ went every year for like 15 yrs. or somethin.
They had an old school bus w/ an upper deck. They would even bring a pool table & set it up.
He alway's talked about it. A big PARTY.
