Badluck / Squares

On my way to the clean up at Holey Land I ran into a Pembroke Pines police officer that’s also an ATV enthusiast.  He mentioned that because of all the letters and request sent to local and state officials, Badluck / Squares “may” ( I said may) open again.  This is not official, I don’t know if it’s true or not.  If the locals of Collier County could find out more info we would really appreciated it.  The officer also said that the department of forestry will request permits on all ATVs…… Warning: As of now Golden Gate Estates A.K.A. Budluck / Squares is still off limits to ATV’s.  

Anyone with information please post.

According to Brian McMahon on www.savebadluck.com he believes that this will not happen for years to come.  Also the area proposed for riding is not in the prairie.  It does not look good that we will ever get badluck prairie back.  It just pisses me off that there is this much politics involved instead of just letting us ride there like we have for the past 30 years.

I agree, but the reason why we can't ride there is because everyone gave up fighting.
