citrus county sherriff department now has a atv mounted patrol looking for trespassers the have 2 polaris 500 ho and they are patrolling popular riding areas .they are issuing trespass warrants for the first offense and arrest the second time they were at Sam Poseys land today which is located between 200 AND 41 IN Hernando

The reason being, that land is scheduled for a GOLF course community, LIKE we NEED another, BUT, It is their land, SO we have to RESPECT that

here is a little tip find out the law on tresspasing and carrie it w/ you it can really help you out if you get stop. it helps to know the law, belive me been there and done that and won the case becouse the prperty wasn,t posted correctly.

Yeah, BUT, Most of the land where he is talking IS POSTED with signs and such. The DEP has been out there on/off for awhile now
