plans for freestyle ramp ?

My buddy is buying 3 acres and he wants to build a freestyle ramp. Any do's and don't other than the obvious ? Any suggestions ? are there any plans already drawn out there that he can use ? I'd appreciate any help.

check out fmxramps.com, and click on rev. 1 on the left. It has full measurements, and good instructions. The ramp is really good, and is the same one we (my family and Quads Only) use.
